took my wife and my 11 year old daughter to the creek for a great afternoon of fishing. after 20 minutes with a little casting coaching, she landed this 24 inch beautiful redfish. quite the feat considering she was only 48 inches tall. |

i took my wife fishing for her first redfish at the end of summer. after just 10 minutes at the creek with a berkley power bait, this was the result. 26 and 1 half inches. the look on her face was the best!!! |

caught this great costa rican rooster inshore out of playa flamingo at about 50 feet of water using a 4 pound bonito for bait. it was 56 inches long and weighed 85 pounds and took 30 minutes to finally get on board. |

i caught this 75+ lb. roosterfish while fishing in costa rica on 6/17/10. my son and i were fishing north of papagayo bay, close to the nicaraguan border. we were fishing off a rocky point near a drop off. as my son was bringing in another roosterfish, this fish swam up just a few feet under water behind the stern of the panga. we threw a large bonito on a circle hook and suddenly we were both hooked up. |
