i had them do a bull shark mount for me. it was delivered with a chip in it's nose. when i told them about it they were very concerned and wanted me to send it back asap. i had a lot of trouble with the trucking company and it ended up sitting in a spare bedroom in the crate for almost a month. when they did finally get it back to me it was very nice. i just had a lot of headaches because it was damaged the first time and it was an awfully large crate to just have sitting on the floor.

But to my suprise, there was a box in the floor that I found while I was unlocking all the doors and it was from you / Atlantic Taxidermy. Now, what I found inside that box really BLEW ME AWAY!!! i was treated very well when i came to pick up my mount of the golden hammerhead shark i caught while fishing off of ft. lauderdale, florida. when i came around the back to pick up my trophy the guys showed me around the shop which was very interesting to me and helped me load up and secure my mount for the ride home. i was disappointed i did not get to meet laurie since she was off work the day i came to pick up my mount. when i arrived home my mount looked great.

I wanted to let you know that Daniel's Hammerhead made it safe and sound to our home in N.C. today. I ran home to open the crate to inspect before accepting delivery from Estes. SHE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL !! ...and she arrived in perfect condition. Daniel was home (snow day) and uncrated it with me. He loves it. In fact, the Estes driver asked to snap a photo to send to his son who loves sharks too.Please communicate to your artist that he did an EXCELLENT job with the change to the Hammerhead Eyes. i had a replica red drum created and the fish i received looked like the fish i released in the ocean. the detail was down to every scale, which is something to be said for a 57" fish. i provided pictures to show the exact color of the fish and locations of the spots, and when i compared, it really looked like the pictures i showed them. it was nice to be able to hold my trophy once again.

Hi Joe, When I received the box with my bluefish mount in it, my heart sank. Despite warnings on the box as to it being fragile, the bottom was pushed in and there was a hole in the box. I was so happy to find that the mount was in perfect condition due to the unique and obviously very thought out manner in which it was secured in the package! The mount looks just amazing! It is so life like and the detailing is first rate. Folks just can't believe it is a replica and not an actual fish mount. Your painting matched my photo of the actual fish to a "T". Thanks so much for giving us catch and release fishermen a great option to having a trophy without removing a great breeder stock fish from the natural environment!

Dear Joe, I recieved the Yellowfin Tuna mount last week. I've been out of town and just got a chance to open the well packed box! I was so excited to get into the box I thinkI broke almost all acrylic nails off!!! Finally....I got through all the staples and cardboard....what a sight was before me! A beautiful replica of a Yellowfin Tuna my sweetheart caught while he was fishing in Virgina. I couldn't believe my eyes!!! The Tuna was an exact copy of the actual fish he caught. Good Morning Joe, I received my Largemouth Bass mount yesterday and he looks fantastic. I am very pleased with it and the mount went directly from the box to my wall. I caught that fish 8 years ago and it was like re-living the moment all over again. I have another largemouth bass from a couple years ago that went slightly larger than the one you just did for me. This one went around 23" and somewhere between 6 - 7lbs. I would be interested in having this one mounted as well sometime in the near future. Do you have a body that roughly fits those dimensions? Also, do you have one available in a different pose from the one that just shipped to me, perhaps swimming the opposite direction? They will both be on the wall together so I'd like the second fish to compliment the first. Let me know what you have available for options & I can forward you some pictures of the fish if you'd like.

Simply stated, you are very good at your craft- the mount turned out to be better than I ever expected. Being a guy from Minnesota, catching a fish that large is indeed a "catch of a lifetime," and your attention to detail will ensure the memory of this for years to come. Even more impressive was the extremely fast turnaround time from when the fish was caught and then receiving the finished mount- that is unprecedented compared to previous taxidermy work I've had done. Joe, just came back from my place at Ocean Isle Beach, N.C. over the weekend to see the 130 inch blue marlin that was delivered. I was very impressed to say the least. What a wonderful job from the construction, paint detail and of course the care that was taken in crating the mount. It was a dream when the fish was caught and a dream come true having the replica mount on the wall. I also commend you on your front office. It was a pleasure working with them via phone during the process.

Joe and Laurie, The Snapper arrived yesterday as planned and I have to say I am amazed...Very impressive mount. It arrived in good shape and I intend to put her on the wall today sometime. Hey Joe, I just wanted to let you know how beautiful the dolphin mount you made for us is. Jerilyn gave it to me for Christmas; it was a complete surprise for me. As luck would have it, we bought a house on Sugarloaf Key in January and closed last week. The fish is hanging on the wall, the perfect addition to a Florida Keys house. The colors are perfect. I will recommend you to all of my fishing friends.

My parents just brought my bass up to campus for me: BEAUTIFUL. I have never seen such a great looking mount. It is truly amazing that you can capture the detail of smaller fish species in your replicas!
